The provision of support, knowledge and hands-on help to facilitate the relocating family’s transition into their new location. This service is usually provided in conjuction with a Home Search Service.

Standard Service

• Assistance with utility connections
• Provision of local information encompassing recreational and medical facilities, lifestyle, shopping and general settling in advice according to the needs analysis and discussions with the employee and family
• Introductions to appropriate organisations relating to general interests and/or networking
• Provision of local council information
